Buying Walmart’s Great Value milk brand may be more affordable than other store brands anywhere else. For instance, while other grocery stores near you might charge $4.37 per gallon of whole milk, Walmart charges $3.14 per gallon.
Both are store brands, too, so this isn’t a case of name-brand vs. generic. So because grocery prices are still hurting many consumers, it might be best to shop for staples like this at Walmart, at least for now.
