4. Clipboards
Aren’t you sick of tidying up those annoying piles of papers that threaten to overtake your beloved desk? Then you know what time it is: it’s time to repurpose old things at home! Instead of wasting all your space, you could get some extra storage by thinking vertically.
Go to your neighborhood supply store and get a couple of essentials: a peg rail and a hanging task lamp, and you’re ready to mount your clipboards on the wall. That’s going to help you organize all of your incoming papers: taxes, messages, grocery lists, unanswered mail, and so many other things.
And if you have older boxes, you could put all of your magazines and other tiny belongings in there, put them in the corner of your desk, and enjoy the free space for some work or any creative habit you might have.
5. Mason jars
Another way to repurpose everything at home is to use mason jars. They’re one of the most popular things people have in their homes, and they’re typically used as smoothie or salad recipients or as lemonade glasses.
You can repurpose old things at home to create some amazing things, such as a chandelier out of mason jars. As gorgeous as a chandelier is, the price tag can be quite high, so what about a DIY project?
All you need is a jute rope, a wood panel that is 1 inch thick, two types of chains, light bulbs, and some mason jars. If you find it hard to insert the light bulbs in there, don’t worry; there are other options too, such as candles, so you can still repurpose old things.
Another smart idea for you is to turn your mason jars into flower vases by sticking jute rope around them to make them extra cute. Put your favorite blooms on display, and you’re ready.
