As consumer habits have drastically changed in the last decade, partly due to the increase in online shopping, or the effects of the pandemic, we had to say goodbye to numerous beloved retailers and stores over the past decade.
It seems that even one of the nation’s most beloved discounters will soon have to close, and I am talking here about New Jersey Kmart store. For the moment, there are only three locations left of what once was a massive chain.
Kmart is one of the many retailers that managed to survive the last few years. However, only time will tell if any of them might join the list of stores we won’t see ever again. From Lord & Taylor to Borders, you might not realize exactly how many favorites have disappeared in the last decade!
