#7 Dull knives
If you’re one of these people, you should rethink your frugal mentality. You shouldn’t give up on a knife whose blade has gone dull and throw it away. Rather, you should either try to sharpen it yourself with a polishing stone or, if you’re weary of doing it yourself, bring it to your local knife sharpener or to a friend that knows what they’re doing.
Also, don’t forget knives are useful outside the kitchen too. If you need to cut things like cutboard or construction paper, a sharp knife may be better than scissors.
#8 Shoe boxes
When you get a new pair of shoes, do not throw out the box immediately. No only do organization experts militate for people to store their shoes in the box they came in, but you can also reuse them around the house as needed. They make for great storage boxes; you will just need to label them appropriately.
And when you need a box for a present, a shoe box may just save the day!
However, there are certain things that we keep way too much in the fridge and they can become a hazard! Make sure you throw out these things before you get a nasty surprise when you least expect it!

Already do all of these except : I give all my used old towels to my local Veterinarian. They are always in need of soft things to line cages and clean up messes. Call you local Vet and ask if they need them as donations.
