No matter where you find yourself in your life, it is always a good thing when you find a deal for a flight or even for other types of travel. After all, whether you are getting tickets to go visit a loved one or you are going on a relaxing holiday, lower prices are always something to be happy about. And after Christmas is the best time to start hunting, especially if you have flexible dates.
Big travel sites like TripAdvisor or Orbitz will start offering some travel packages and incentives with extra discounts, and even hotels will join in. In the end, right after Christmas starts, people are already on holiday, and not many are already planning their next one, so all travel sites are going to be rolling out deals so they can keep their sales up!
However, if you plan to take advantage of this sale period, you should be fast so as to not miss these cheaper prices! Come January 1st, prices will go back up to meet the demand for long weekend getaways in the mountains for the months of January and February!

I always purchase things after Christmas 🎄. The problem now is that a lot of the retailers are realizing this and are keeping the regular prices longer than they remove the product off the shelves.
