6. Wendy’s

Wendy’s was always considered one of the worst fast food chains in the country. Some people even asked if they supported modern-day slavery on their farms due to their refusal to join the Fair Food Program.

So what exactly makes customers so angry that they decide to stop getting food from Wendy’s? In conformity with some online reviews, people got sick of waiting in line so much, being served cold food, and supporting a restaurant that doesn’t have sanitary work conditions.

…Do you like eating food from Wendy’s? And also, do you agree with what these customers say? Let us know in the comments!

5. Sonic Drive-in

Sonic Drive-in is an American fast-food chain that is very popular for some major issues they’ve experienced over the years. The biggest criticism the restaurant received from its customers was the fact that the food wasn’t very good, but they still charged a lot for it.

Many people were so disappointed that they suggested going to other nearby establishments, such as Burger King or McDonald’s, as their food is more affordable and generally better.

Other people said that the restaurants aren’t very clean and the service is pretty slow. But that’s not all! One of their locations in the state of Florida was shut down by the experts after they discovered that Sonic Drive-in had 21 contraventions, and the health inspector even found cockroaches near the ice cream machine, as well as in a box of food wrappers.

But the WORST is yet to be told…

The biggest scandal that the fast-food chain took part in happened in 2018 when 3 staff members were arrested after customers found a drug pill in what was supposed to be a kid’s meal. The good news is that nobody was hurt, but we can’t say the same thing about Sonic’s prestige.

4. Chipotle

Chipotle is considered to be one of the healthiest fast food restaurants. Their foods are indeed made with natural and fresh ingredients that don’t contain any preservatives or artificial flavors, but that doesn’t mean that eating them will help you keep extra pounds at bay.

For instance, if you order a meat burrito and you also add toppings such as cheese, rice, salsa, and beans, you can easily obtain a meal that is over 1,000 calories. Even though this isn’t the best option for people who want to lose weight, it’s a good food source for those who are looking to gain weight in a healthy way.

While we can’t argue the fact that their food is indeed tasty, customers still ranked Chipotle as one of the worst fast food chains in the country. In 2015, for example, the restaurant closed many of its locations due to the fact that it was linked to an E. coli outbreak that made people in 11 states feel sick.

However, according to sources that released information a few years after the incident, Chipotle agreed to pay a $25 million federal fine for its role in the conflict.

  1. Most of the problems fast food has is not done by corporate but the employees they hire. Corp does not spit in your coffee or drink or on your hamburger. The employee does it. The suppliers they use is mostly responsible for the quality of the product they deliver. Granted some things are just not easily explained and we take the chance when we order fast food hoping what we order is not contaminated with body parts or ground glass.
