3. Buy in bulk
If you know you and your family use a certain product on a daily basis, then buy it in bulk. And at Whole Foods, you can benefit from a lot of discounts on a lot of products in the bulk section. But be aware of the labels first! Most products sold in bulk have a shorter shelf life than others!
4. You can sample nearly anything in the store
This is definitely a tremendous opportunity to try something before you actually buy it. At Whole Foods, you can simply ask an employee, because they are all super nice and friendly, to let you sample the product you want. In case you are interested in sampling something perishable like dairy, meat, or fruits, they will offer you a free specimen to take home and try.
Of course, this does not happen every time; it depends on how many supplies they have on hand that day, but you never know!
