Vegetables and fruits
First of all, we have to mention that Lidl has a very diverse veggie wall. On our first trip to Lidl this year, we were actually amazed by the variety of fruits and vegetables available. It was kind of a mash-up of all of the vegetable and fruit aisles that we saw in other stores.
And you know what? We were surprised to realize that most of their products were well-priced and of better quality when compared to those of other local stores.
What immediately stood out to us was the fact that at least half of these products were organic and yet were cheaper than typical product prices at other retailers. We believe that Lidl is the best option for a weekly visit simply for the vegetables and fruits, especially if you are trying to eat healthy while on a tight budget.Â
