4. Update your laundry routine
If you want to get rid of body odor, you can also try updating the way you wash your laundry because some of it might need to be washed as soon as you take it off. Don’t forget to wash them inside out! Sweat and smell from the inside of your garments will be more effectively eliminated by the detergent.
In case the clothes are too sweaty and smelly, add 1 cup of vinegar to the washing cycle. And if you don’t have vinegar on hand, you can always replace it with baking soda, which is also pretty effective at removing sweat stains or even the smell.
