Americans are crazy about laundry detergent; that’s probably why they spend $5 billion a year on it. I mean, don’t get me wrong, that’s a ton of washing. If you want to know how to spend less money on detergent, make sure you read the label carefully (also, I can’t help but brag about what I use, mostly because I think I’ve found the best offer out there, so have a look!)
The majority of liquid detergents have a cap with interior measurements, and the label says what line to fill it to, depending on how much you need to wash. If you’ve been adding a full cap every single time, there goes your money!
