Carbonated beverages are always on top when it comes to cheap groceries that sell like hot cakes. In fact, in 2009, Americans spent no less than $12 billion on carbonated beverages in grocery stores alone.
I think it’s fair to say that soda is probably the best-selling item, at least in the United States. On top of that, Americans are known to consume more sugary beverages than ever, and that’s one of the reasons why they are more prone to contracting various health issues.
