Premium bacon
There’s a all-about-Aldi blog, called Aldi Reviewer, founded in 2016 by a married couple, Rachael and Joshua Johnston. They both claim to be avid Aldi shoppers, so I think it’s fair to say that their opinions on this well-known grocery chain are more than reliable.
The Johnstons appreciated in various occasions the flavor of Aldi’s Appleton Farms Premium Sliced Bacon. However, they also emphasized that there’s much more to consider than the taste alone. As they said, there were dozens of comments and emails throughout the years that were filled with complaints about the poor slicing or disproportionate amounts of fat. In fact, if it is to ask them, they would strongly recommend you to look elsewhere.
