2. Before adding them to your cart always check the price

This shouldn’t come as a surprise, because if you want to spend less money, it’s crucial to check the price of the products you want to buy before adding them to your cart. Take your time to stroll around the aisles, because with so many varieties available, a lot of the stuff seems like a bargain, but it isn’t.

To know exactly what and how much you want to buy, make sure you make yourself a list of everything you want to cook for the entire week. For me, this is the best option, and trust me when I say it’s a terrific way to spend less money and still indulge myself with the food I love!

  1. we have been doing everything you showed for a long time nice to know we are doing something right but not happy with stores that you need to purchase 4 or 5 same items to get lower price why not give us the lower price for one selection

I have practiced these tips for a long time, too, as a single mom on a budget. I also rarely buy a product that is not on sale or not a 2 for price of 1. I always look at the specials on the end of each aisle. If you buy ‘sale’ items, you aways vary your menu. I use coupons too!
