Even if buying bottled water isn’t necessarily the best way to save money, getting Costco-style bulk water might end up costing 10 cents per bottle, which is a great deal. The brand responsible for this “opportunity” is California-based bottling company, Niagara. It also applies to its super-popular sparkling water.
