Over-the-counter medication
Medication might lose its effectiveness over time. It might still be effective after it reached the expiration date printed on the bottle, but that solely depends on a couple of factors that are outside your control. Using medication that’s still on its expiration date is probably the best and safest policy.
Having 400 tablets of any kind of OTC medication in the house isn’t only extremely unnecessary, but it might also lead to dangerous situations.

Using common sense while shopping at Costco, or any big box store, is the key. I am a single person and find shopping at Costco, morcany big box store, I can save money. A pack of toilet tissue usury last me 6 months. That means I do not have avneedvto buy it again for 6 months. Also, the cost is much less than buying at a grocery store. Fresh produce and fruit should not be purchased unless you can use it within a week.
Thank you for the tips on what NOT to purchase. It’s greatly appreciated
