The number one rule to being your best and most frugal self is to try not to waste food, and that’s a fact. And since it is quite hard to go grocery shopping every couple of days, you are probably forced to plan ahead, which again can be so difficult that we could use a Harvard course about it!
But since we didn’t manage to convince scientists and academia to dig into this matter, we have to deal with the issue ourselves. So what do you do when you don’t want to waste food anymore but also have to plan your meals ahead?
